Parents, please take the time to visit your PowerSchool Parent Portal account hcs.powerscshool.com and complete the FERPA Annual Opt-Out Options Form (Student Directory FERPA questionnaire). This questionnaire cannot be completed in the PowerSchool app.
The State ODS is still out of sync with the North Carolina PowerSchool instances. Due to the ODS being out of sync, many state and 3rd party applications may not have the most current data, such as the Home Base suite of applications, the NCEdCloud IAM Service, and ECATS. Any newly enrolled student or staff member may not show up or any changes to students/staff may not appear. Our hosting vendor and PowerSchool are currently in the process of re-syncing the data. It is expected that the sync will return to normal by tomorrow morning.
