• Student Enrollment

    All students who have passed the fifth anniversary of their birth on or before August 31 of the year in which they are presented for enrollment are entitled to attend school in the attendance area in which they are domiciled.

    Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) must provide the following documentation to the school upon presentation for enrollment:

    Pre K:

    All children applying for the NC Pre-Kindergarten program must be 4 years of age by August 31, 2023.

    Documents required for NC Pre-Kindergarten registration:

    • Certified birth certificate
    • Immunization record
    • Proof of residence (current mortgage statement/rental contract AND current electric/water bill)
    • Current Identification
    • Proof of income (4 weekly/2 bi-weekly/1 monthly pay stubs, W2s, employer statement, disability, Military LES or child support statements)
    • Physical on North Carolina form

    Applicants will need to call main office to turn in application and required documents.

    Kindergarten:

    • Certified Birth Certificate (not mother’s copy)
    • Official Immunization Record
    • Physical on North Carolina form (due no later than the first day of school)
    • 2 Proofs of Address ( current Lease or Mortgage Statement & a current Utility Bill)
    • Photo ID

    Online Kindergarten registration for the 2023-2024 school year begins on March 20, 2023

    *All applicants will need to need to schedule an Enrollment Appointment in order to compete the screening process.

    1st – 5th grade:

    • Certified Birth Certificate (not mother’s copy)
    • Official Immunization Record
    • Last report card, withdrawal documentation, or transcript from the previous school
    • 2 current proofs of residency in the attendance area of the enrolling school
    • Physicalon North Carolina Form
