- Availability: While all tools listed are approved for district use, availability may vary by school, grade level, or program. Some software licenses are restricted based on funding, specific school needs, or grade-specific curriculum.
- Training: Training and resources for using these platforms effectively are provided by the Department of Digital Teaching and Learning or, in some cases, school representation. Reach out to your school’s DTIF for more information.
- Data Privacy and Security: All platforms in this list comply with state and federal data privacy regulations, ensuring the safety of student and staff information.

Student Access and Parental Consent
Student use of district-approved digital tools and platforms is permitted through the signing of the Hoke County Schools Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). By signing the AUP, parents agree to their child’s use of these instructional tools as part of their educational experience.
The Acceptable Use Policy ensures that students use technology responsibly and safely and that students access resources that support learning while maintaining a secure and productive digital environment.
Throughout the instructional day, students may access various tools for:
- Collaborative Learning: Platforms that allow students to work together and share ideas.
- Skill Development: Tools to practice math, literacy, science, and other subjects.
- Creativity and Exploration: Software that encourages problem-solving, creation, and critical thinking.
All tools used are approved by the district to ensure safety, reliability, and instructional value.
