Students can access the Infinite Campus Student Portal...

From an Internet Browser

  • Supported Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox
  • Visit NCEdCloud at my.ncedcloud.org
  • Login with your RapidIdentity username and password.
  • Click the NCSIS 470 icon on the dashboard.

With the Mobile App

  • Download Campus Student from the iOS or Android App Store.
  • Open the Campus Student app.
  • District: Hoke County Schools
  • Click NCEdCloud (RapidIdentity)
  • Login with your RapidIdentity username and password.

Parents/Guardians must first activate their account.

Option 1 → Wait for the Weekly Email

  • Every Friday at 9:00 PM, Infinite Campus sends an email to every guardian of a student who does not have a portal account.
  • This email contains step-by-step directions on how to create a portal account, including a personalized access link that will handle much of the setup process.
  • If you have not/are not receiving this email, please contact your child's school for assistance.

Option 2 → Retrieve your Personalized Activation Key

  1. Visit portalaccess.ncsis.gov
  2. Type Hoke County Schools in the search bar. 
  3. Enter your child's information.
    • Student ID Number
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Date of Birth
  4. Select the parent/guardian listed.
    • This list is generated from the information in Infinite Campus.
    • If you are note listed, stop here. Contact your child's school to update your parent/guardian information.
  5. Select a Verification Method.
    • Choices are email or text message.
  6. Type the verification code sent to your email address or phone.
  7. Save the Activation Key for the next step.
  8. Visit the Hoke County Schools Infinite Campus Parent Portal 
  9. Click "New User?"
  10. Enter the Activation Key shared in a previous step.
  11. Create your username, password, and verify your password.
  12. Your account is now active!

  • Open the Campus Parent app.
  • Login with your Infinite Campus username and password.
