Incentives for New Employees

Local Supplement - 9%

  • Given to Hoke County Schools licensed employees

  • Twice a year in June and November, 3% each

Relocation Bonus - $500.00

  • Applies to fully certified, highly qualified teachers, media specialists/guidance personnel.
  • Employee must be new to Hoke County Schools and reside in Hoke County within the first year of employment.
  • Must show proof of residency in Hoke County (lease, rental agreement, mortgage or purchase information).
  • Employees will not be reimbursed until lease or mortgage starts AND not until they begin work for Hoke County Schools.
