Background Authorization Form

Your application packet must include a completed Background Authorization form in order to be considered for any position. Please download the Hoke County Schools Background Authorization Form available below.

Please note: Submission of Background Authorization Forms will only be accepted via mail, fax, or in person to the Hoke County Schools Human Resources Department. Please do not e-mail.
