Facilities Use Information

1. Complete the Hoke County Schools Use of Facilities Request Form. 

The form must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event. After submitting the form, the requester will receive an email containing a PDF of the Hoke County Schools Use of Facilities Request. The requester must print the document, add their printed name and signature, and submit it, along with all required supporting documents, to the Principal of the requested facility.

2. Print, Sign, and Submit the Request Form.

Print the PDF that is attached to the email. Retain pages 3 through 5 for your reference. Add your printed name and signature at the bottom of the form in the designated lines. Submit the signed form, along with all required supporting documents, to the Principal of the requested facility.

3. Review the Facility Use Agreement.

Before submitting your materials to the Principal, please review the Hoke County Schools Facility Use Agreement to ensure you fully understand all requirements and expectations.

4. Submit a Certificate of Insurance.

Provide a current Certificate of Insurance as required in Section 6 of the Facility Use Agreement. Requests cannot be approved without the required insurance documentation.

5. Submit Approved Documents to Central Office.

Once the Principal has reviewed and signed your request form, submit the approved document, payment, and Certificate of Insurance to the Hoke County Schools Central Office located at:
