What a perfect way to close out the season! On Monday, March 4th, 2024 the West Hoke Middle School Lady Tigers Basketball team was recognized at the Hoke County Commissioners' Meeting. The Lady Tigers were recognized for winning the SEC Middle School Girls Basketball Championship. The Lady Tigers were ranked #1 seed and finished the season with a perfect 12-0 record. These young ladies also made history, as they were the first girls basketball team to win a championship in 20+ years for West Hoke Middle School. The team is lead by Coach Porcha Locklear and Coach Shanice Horne, who both did a phenomenal job coaching these young ladies through their season. We are SO insanely proud of the Lady Tigers Basketball Team and of all their accomplishments this season!!
