Hoke County Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Kenneth Spells as the new Superintendent. Dr. Spells is an exceptional leader and educator whose roots trace back to the sandhills of North Carolina. He brings a wealth of experience and a proven history of success to our district; his impressive track record includes successful tenures as a superintendent, principal, and teacher at various levels. We are truly fortunate to have someone of his caliber leading us forward as Superintendent. 

As Dr. Spells assumes his role, we recognize the importance of his mission to foster an environment of excellence and innovation in our schools.
