About the Program: the Purpose of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program Is to Provide Opportunities for Students to Receive Academic Enrichment in Core Academic Subjects. the Program Also Offers Students a Broad Variety of Additional Services, Programs, and Activities Meant to Broaden Their Horizons. Families of Students Will Be Provided with Opportunities to Engage Meaningfully in Their Educational Development so That They Can Succeed.
